These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the jjok platform and all its associated services. "jjok", "we", "our", or "platform" refers to the jjok website, mobile version, and all services connected to it.

By visiting the jjok website, creating an account, or using any of its services, you confirm that you have fully read and understood these Terms and agree to be bound by them.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the platform after updated Terms are published will be considered acceptance of the new Terms.

2.1 Age & Legal Eligibility

To use jjok's services, you must:

2.2 Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information at the time of registration. Each person may operate only one account. Creating multiple accounts may result in all accounts being immediately closed and associated balances being forfeited.

2.3 Account Verification

jjok reserves the right to initiate an identity verification (KYC) process at any time. If requested documents are not submitted in a timely manner, the account may be suspended.

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods

3.2 Minimum Amounts

3.3 Withdrawal Process

Approved withdrawals are generally completed within 5 to 30 minutes. However, delays may occur in some cases due to verification or technical reasons.

3.4 Anti-Money Laundering Policy

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 150% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000.

• Example: Deposit ৳14,000 → Bonus capped at ৳10,000 → Total balance ৳24,000

4.2 Wagering Requirements

Wagering requirements must be met before a bonus can be withdrawn. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount, not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus.

• Wagering requirement: Bonus amount × 10
• Example: ৳1,500 bonus × 10 = ৳15,000 must be wagered before withdrawing from the bonus

4.3 General Bonus Policy

• Each bonus may have a specific expiry period — any unused bonus will be cancelled after it expires.
• jjok reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion.
• If bonus abuse is suspected, jjok reserves the right to forfeit the relevant bonus and associated winnings.
• While one bonus is active, another bonus generally cannot be activated.

7.1 Deposit Limits

Players can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their account. Reducing a limit takes effect immediately; increasing a limit may be subject to a waiting period.

7.2 Self-Exclusion

If a player wishes to take a break from gaming for a set period, they can activate Self-Exclusion by contacting the support team. While self-exclusion is active, the account cannot be accessed and no bonuses can be claimed.

8.1 Closure at User Request

Any player may request to close their account at any time. All valid withdrawals will be processed before closure. However, active bonuses and associated winnings may be forfeited.

8.2 Suspension or Closure by jjok

jjok reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Any violation of these Terms.
• Providing false or misleading information.
• Bonus abuse or fraudulent activity.

• Suspicion of money laundering or other illegal activity.

These Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Responsible Gaming guidelines together form the entire agreement between jjok and the user. Any prior oral or written understanding is replaced by these Terms.

12.2 Severability

If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable under applicable law, only that part will be removed — the remaining Terms will remain fully in effect.

12.3 Assignment

Users may not transfer their rights or obligations under these Terms to a third party. jjok may transfer these Terms with appropriate notice.

12.4 Language

The original language of these Terms is Bengali. In the event of a conflict with any translation, the Bengali version will prevail.
